My hesitation with doing a lot of internet distribution of information and education is that I fear that people are getting more and more isolated and that computer use can make us more isolated from real interactions with people, while letting us believe that we are constantly interacting, and therefore has the potential to create a generation of people who are disconnected somewhat from reality. But now Meetup.com lets us have a virtual values-based or interest-based connection with people who we then actually MEET.
