I highly recommend this newsletter! I have been following it for some time now and have found it to be incredibly informative!
Dr. Williams talks about a wide variety of subjects ranging from cinnamon reducing blood sugar but advises on the right kind of cinnamon. He also writes of the benefits of flax seeds and pro-biotics. How lecithin helps cleanse the arteries. He even discusses the latest evidence of vibrating Power Plates to help build muscle and strengthen bones. I always find some helpful information in every issue.
He also provides information on healthy living items such as water distillers and easy to use yogurt makers. I recently purchased one and have been making my own yogurt and thrilled at the results.
Until 1985, Dr. Williams operated the largest non-invasive alternative medical practice in central Texas. At that time, he sold his clinic and devoted his full time and energy to sharing his health discoveries from around the world through his newsletter...
Alternatives Newsletter was launched in 1985 on one simple premise: The natural therapies already conquering disease in other countries should be shared with people here in the US.
For over 18 years, Alternatives has come a long way. From a small group back in 1995, they've grown to over 300,000 subscribers requiring a considerable support team. They've added to the monthly newsletter too. When you join Alternatives today you're welcomed with up to 20 free reports (click to find out more) to heal you and get you caught up on the latest breakthroughs.
They now have email services for subscribers, an extensive web site, special access to products, and access to hundreds of reports and back issues on every ailment and condition imaginable.
And, they continue knocking out those ailments and diseases in every monthly issue. Dr. Williams continues to criss-cross the globe, finding out why the Japanese are winning the fight against cancer and how the Israelis are whipping the flu (all part of your Free Reports).
