This book is filled with information about the importance of good nutrition. There are clear explanations on exactly what zinc, iron, chromium, manganese and certain minerals do for the body and which foods supply these nutrients.'

The Candle Cafe in NYC
Tasty vegetarian dinning at this sumptuous vegan restaurant in NYC. The food is so delicious that I even order extra to take home. The Quesadilla, stuffed with portobello mushrooms and red peppers is one of my favorites. The Seitan sandwich is very tasty indeed. The food is fresh, satisfying and reasonably priced.

Deepak Chopra Leads A Meditation At Occupy Wall Street by Merryn Jose
 I was pleased to see that Deepak Chopra took the time to attend the protests on Wall Street and raise the consciousness and awareness levels of those participating towards a means of peace and nonviolence. "Chopra led a two minute meditation with the General Assembly, a nightly meeting where the occupiers give updates on the protest, share plans and debate ideas. To allow everyone to hear the speaker without the use of bullhorns or electronic equipment (which are not allowed in the park), the occupiers repeat what the speaker says so that everyone else can hear. They call this the “people’s mic.”"

The Miracle of Castor Oil Packs by Merryn José
 Merryn's personal experience using castor oil packs for healing. 'What I find most fascinating is that all parts of the castor plant are extremely poisonous to eat, but when the oil is extracted from the seed of the Ricinus communis plant, the poison remains in the seed, and it becomes “the oil that heals.”

My Experience with John Of God At The Omega Institute October 2007 by Merryn Jose
 "The whole session took no longer than twenty minutes. Right at the end of the ritual John of God positioned himself in a way that we could all hear him clearly. In his rich powerful voice, vibrating with the energies of the Entities he addressed us in his native tongue announcing that “the healing has taken place.” As he uttered the words I felt an enormous amount of heat emanating from my heart center and my hand seemed like it was glued to my blouse. It was quite an extraordinary feeling. Talking with my husband later he said he had a similar experience."
