In Search Of The Miraculous: Healing Into Consciousness by Eliza Mada Dalian
VANCOUVER, CANADA — In the midst of Oprah Winfrey’s global showcasing of Eckhart Tolle’s A New Earth — a book which has encouraged millions to contemplate a new spirituality — an emerging Vancouver spiritual teacher, Eliza Mada Dalian, expands on Tolle’s message in her newly released book, IN SEARCH OF THE MIRACULOUS: Healing into Consciousness — an essential “how-to” manual on living in the Now.
Just as you thought you might have heard it all about spiritual awakening, Dalian addresses the difficulties we face in practicing Tolle’s teachings of learning to be still and present in a modern world. She presents a luminous step-by-step guidebook filled with practical instruction on how to transform the ego-mind – with all its pains, fears and struggles – and experience inner stillness. To become fully present, Dalian states, we must first heal our wounded ego into a healthy one so it is ripe enough to drop. With clarity and potent insight, the author reveals the stages of ego development and transformation, calling both the journey to awakening and awakening itself healing into consciousness.
“The concepts covered in this book take the concepts covered in Eckhart Tolle’s books a couple of notches further,” says doctor Dorley Knifel, M.D., “I am quite excited about this book because there is a lot of new material to integrate into my toolkit of understanding… It feels like a new door opening and a whole bunch of work is now possible.”
The recipient of outstanding early acclaim, IN SEARCH OF THE MIRACULOUS: Healing into Consciousness may be the #1 contribution of its kind for this year. Offered not only by a self-realized teacher but also a master healer, this grounded, comprehensive, and often extraordinary perspective on spiritual growth is a rare find – especially when the author presents her very own groundbreaking new healing method — DHM (Dalian Healing Method) — a method which helps to quickly release the suppressed thoughts and emotions stored within the body that keep the ego-mind alive. The results are instantaneous, radical transformation.
To live a conscious life and be in presence we must each courageously face our fears and unconscious darkness, viewing pain not as a “problem,” but as a necessary step and teacher in our evolution towards greater health and consciousness. “When we try to avoid illness, pain, loneliness, and death, we also avoid finding our true being that never dies.”
“Existence uses many teachers, each with a unique language, to point to the same Truth. This is how the universe provides for our diverse individual needs,” says Dalian. “The word that points to my message is not so much awakening, as it is transformation. To experience stillness and presence in the Now, we must first transform our own unconsciousness into consciousness, and the way to do that is through self-awareness. In essence, Tolle’s message pointing to presence and stillness is an outcome of self-aware consciousness. ”
“I enjoyed reading Mada’s book, In Search of the Miraculous ~ Healing Into Consciousness. It has the ring of authenticity and offers a simple and elegant map of the path of enlightenment.” — Deepak Chopra

Merlian News Podcast with Eliza Mada Dalian Bio Continued: ELIZA MADA DALIAN was born in Armenia. Separated from her mother at age seven and raised by her father and an abusive stepmother, she learned self-sufficiency and strengthening of spirit early on. At age 24, she immigrated to Canada where she soon came across the teachings of the twentieth-century mystics Georges Gurdjieff and Osho. Deeply affected by their words, she left behind her training in education and architecture and devoted herself to the search for truth and spiritual enlightenment.
Years of focused and committed meditation blessed her with several profound experiences, which led to an ultimate awakening experience at age 33. At this time, she discovered first-hand the truth all awakened people point to: we are not our body, mind, pain, and suffering but rather a manifestation of Love, Consciousness, and Cosmic Joy. This profound and life-altering experience took her some years to integrate into the ordinary world of day-to-day life.
