Dr. William A. Tiller  is one of the world’s leading scientists on the structure of matter. Fellow of the American Academy for the Advancement of Science, Professor Emeritus William A. Tiller, of Stanford University’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering, spent 34 years in academia after 9 years as an advisory physicist at the Westinghouse Research Laboratory. Dr. Tiller has been avocationally pursuing serious experimental and theoretical study in the field of psychoenergetics.
