People ask me all the time for a list of resources for various metaphysical topics, books, book stores, and societies. I’ve put together a list of them that I share on my website, www.merrynjose.com, but I thought I would offer them to my readers here. This list is dedicated to Alissandra, in aid of her spiritual journey.
Tibetan Resources
www.ligmincha.org – Link for Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Teachings from the Bön Buddhist Tradition of Tibet Ligmincha Institute, was created to preserve the Tibetan Bön culture and teachings. The site includes Gateways to other links on Buddhist Information.
www.rigpa.org – The meditation courses of Sogyal Rinpoche, author of The Book of Living and Dying. RIGPA is a Tibetan word which means ‘the innermost nature of the mind.’

www.aspr.com – The American Society for Psychical Research, the oldest psychical research organization in the United States. www.kfa.org – Krishnamurti Foundation of America, their mission is to “preserve and disseminate the teachings of Krishnamurti”; includes books and retreat centers.
www.kripalu.org – More than 700 programs and trainings a year designed to inspire, educate and empower. This includes CE and CME credits on more than 100 programs.
www.psychichorizonscenter.org – Psychic Horizons Center is a teaching sanctuary within the Church of Inner Light. Offers a safe haven for sensitive souls to develop their own psychic abilities so that they may find the truth and answers they seek this lifetime
www.realization.org – This site is written and published by volunteers. It includes information on meditation, Advaita, self-enquiry, and Enlightenment. Also offers information on Spiritual Emergency: if you have a mental or physical health problem caused by meditation or spiritual experiences.

www.tm.org – The Transcendental Meditation program is an effective technique, and helpful in eliminating stress, promoting good health and increasing creativity- very professional with teachers all over the world.
www.healingartsyoga.com – American Healing Arts & Yoga teaches hatha yoga, breath work and meditation as a means toward strength, freedom of movement, and provides a Nationally Registered, 200 Hour, American Healing Arts Yoga Teacher Certification Program.
www.thehealingspectrum.com – Has enormous, in fact hundreds of, listing of web sites for ‘alternative’ and ‘allopathic’ medicine amongst the best available; and emphasizes on intuition – and the myriad ways of tapping one’s ‘intuition’ through channeling, dowsing, meditation, etc.; and has CTP on some.
