Jin Shin Jyutsu in New York
I have been interested in Jin Shin Jyutsu since my friend Nancy Mehagian first gave me treatments many years ago. Nancy who lives in Los Angeles, very kindly put me in touch with Mitzi Adams, who works from Connecticut and New York City.
I was so impressed with the first treatment from Mitzi that I decided to see her on a regular basis. That was several years ago, since then I have seen a vast improvement in my vitality and health. Jin Shin Jyutsu works on so many different levels of healing, each level interacting with the other.
Mitzi is an excellent practitioner who channels the life force, while her hands act like jumper cables to activate the client’s own healing energies. She also teaches simple self-help techniques to keep the energy flowing at all times.
I always come away from these sessions feeling relaxed and balanced. Mitzi is an exceptional healer and extremely modest and her spirituality and caring shine through her.
I feel fortunate indeed to be one of her clients.
About Mitzi: She uniquely blends the practice of Jin Shin Jyutsu, the ancient art of balancing body, mind and spirit, into her work, from her twenty years of experience. See what Mitzi has to say about self-help techniques for dancers on her website at www.adamscompanydance.com and for the general population, see her business website, www.northeastjsj.com.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is not a substitute for conventional medical treatment.
