The Diamond Report from Dr. John Diamond

Greetings!

Little Blue Zenga XII, 21x7, Oriental Ink on Silk Scroll, John Diamond, 2009Our heritage is to lead long, healthy, happy, fully productive and creative lives. This we can do when our Life Energy is optimized. Our ultimate goal is to develop our true potential, aspiring to fully evolve. Some of the avenues through which this can be achieved include reducing stress, raising Life Energy, activating the thymus, and releasing creativity. As you know my work focuses on raising Life Energy–the innate healing power within–to relieve the anguish of the Soul. To this end I am focusing more and more on art, especially painting, as an action meditation intended to raise the Life Energy of the painter and the viewer. I have been drawing and painting for over 30 years in this manner and now am offering my paintings to you, in order to inspire you to create your own paintings, and to help raise your Life Energy. Each painting is created as a meditation, and comes through me. Each is specially framed and presented so that the highest Life Energy is conveyed. Upcoming exhibits of these paintings are listed below. To further your inspiration and share my philosophy of life energy, creativity and healing, I have written two books to help you get a deeper understanding of the tremendous power of action meditation: Stillpoints: An Introduction to Haiku Painting , and The Diamond Color Meditation: Color Pathway to the Soul . I hope they inspire your healing. To your health, John Diamond, MD
